Correspondent Lending
Building better lives for everyone is our mission, and it’s at the heart of everything we do.
Chickasaw Community Bank (CCB) prides itself in being a relationship lender. Our correspondent lenders and brokers are truly our partners, and a major part of our long-term success. Together, we are building better lives for everyone, and providing the dream of homeownership to borrowers in all 50 states.
CCB is a leading expert in the Native American HUD 184 Program, as well as FHA, VA, Conventional, USDA and Jumbo loan programs. Our team consists of very experienced mortgage banking professionals who are committed to providing extraordinary customer service. We believe in open communication, and direct access to your underwriters, closers, and support staff at all times.
We are an Oklahoma company, with customers and business partners throughout the entire country. We bring a can-do, customer-focused work ethic to everything we do, and we believe you’ll see it every time we work together.
We may be growing fast, but we’re still just the right size to move quickly and get things done. We can help navigate your loans quickly and efficiently, achieving the goal of getting your loan to the closing table on time.
Our customers are always our number one priority.
While our rates and products may compete with even the largest banks, our customer service is unmatched. We’re efficient and capable, and that means we can offer you competitive rates on any of our products. We are continually adding new products to keep up with our customer’s needs. Currently we offer all products down to a 580 FICO score, and even a true no score loan on all government loan products in addition to the products listed above. The Native American HUD 184 program does require a minimum credit score of 580. Please ask your Account Executive for a comprehensive list of products and guidelines.
We are a Native-owned bank, and we are proud to offer Section 184 loans to our customers. If you encounter any barriers in approval for these loans, we’re here to walk you through the process and help you find your next steps.
Give us a chance and you’ll see why we’re one of the fastest-growing banks in Oklahoma!
